MISSION

Rock Creek Vela's niche in the DC cycling world is to include those women

specifically interested in competing in time trials, triathlons and

cyclocross races. Though a member might want to race road races and

criteriums, our emphasis is on the former.

OUR COMMITMENT

• ·         To include adult female members in all Rock Creek Velo activities:

          riding, training and racing and supporting the juniors in their riding,

          training and racing.

• ·         To provide adult females members with teammate peers in order to

          develop the best atmosphere for camaraderie.

• ·         To have fun in a competitive racing environment.
